What you reap is what you sow.
The saying, "Reap what you sow," means if you plant seeds or do something good, you should expect to reap rewards later.
This Autumn, not only am I reaping the beautiful bounty from my vegetable garden, but in my practice, I am definitely feeling the rewards! As most of you know, I am preparing for my big Iyengar Yoga Level 2 assessment next month, so I've been upping my inversions, arm balances, backbends and more. Come to class and see what I've been working on!
Rejoice! My Friday Morning Class has been changed from Beginners to ALL Levels. This class will still begin at 8:45am, but now end at 10:15am. These classes will remain online for now.
