Happy almost summer to all of my amazing students!
Thank you for continuing your Iyengar Yoga explorations with me. I hope that my classes have been helping you in your practice during these particularly challenging times. I know I am so grateful I was able to still take classes with my teachers throughout this past year to keep myself in a good, positive, physical, emotional and mental state so I could continue to give all of you the best learning experiences.
As you may have seen from recent emails, the IYANC/IYISF 14th Annual Yogathon Fundraiser was launched with an ambitious goal of $60,000. The Institute through the Iyengar family and all of the Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (CIYTs) seek to continue offering the many beneficial programs to all,and we need your support.
No donation is too small and I thank you in advance!
Please note, IYISF is looking to reopen as soon as June 21st. Many classes will continue to be offered online, so you can still continue practicing with me via Zoom on my regular public class schedule. Lastly, stay tuned for updates about my August lower back series which will be on the first three Tuesdays in August. Hoping to see you for my 8/3, 8/10 or 8/17 class from 6:30pm-7:30pm, I'll send out more details when we are closer to the date.
